Some thoughts of the evening

Some months ago our Hindi movie industry gave a movie to our society which was worth to remember. Though I didn’t liked that movie in entirety but the beginning notes were truly inspiring. The heroin of the movie is a radio jockey and in prelude to the programme she is hosting, asked an elementary question to all those who are working in Offices of Mumbai. The question was “When did you last see the sunset?”A small and easy question but very difficult to answer. Now I guess you might remember the actress and the movie? Yes! The movie was “Lage raho Munna Bhai” and the beautiful actress was none other than Vidya Balan.

Today is a holiday, just sitting on my bed I couldn’t see the sunset but I am not immune to the change in colours of the surrounding. The air is cold, everywhere it is faded yellow, Squirrels are filling the air with their noise, a couple of male pigeons are trying to impress a female one, some tiny little birds are preparing for the day break, a bunch of parrots cleaning their dirty wings as final preparation for the night break. How beautiful is not it? The mere thought of this is enough to have few moments of mental peace. But, think how many days in a year we can enjoy such lovely creations of nature. Sometimes, even for days together we cannot see darkness falling over the earth and creating silhouette of anything and everything that comes in its way.

The life in metros is rather more worse than anywhere else, from morning till late into night you can see people running as if there is no tomorrow. A lot of noise, loud music or so called prayer in all the places of worship, squelching sound of vehicle tyres, shrieking of ambulance and many more, but people are not complaining as if they are deaf and dumb and they can turn on and off their ear drum as and when the need for the same arises.
When I am writing this blog the sounds of nature is dying slowly and slowly and all inhumane sounds are taking their place as if saying to me that being a part of the society you have no right to enjoy, you can only suffer and endure all these jibe. The colour of the sky is turning into grey and may be in few more moments it will turn dark saying that one more day has lapsed now gather courage so that when sun will bathe the whole world tomorrow with its golden rays you can wake up and again endure the pains.
